Two people were shot dead and two others injured in a stabbing in Fairfax County, Virginia, on Monday afternoon.The Fairfax County Police Department tweeted that officers were responding to a shooting and stabbing in the 2200 block of Pimmit Run Lane, near Falls Church, around 4 p.m. Monday.Two victims were struck and killed by gunfire, according to police.
